This project expands on the existing Tridium open sourced DDC system with LON open interoperable field bus for the production area, shipping and receiving and office space including 32 rooftop units, 6 air handlers and 2 chillers with integration to Alerton and wireless LON connectivity. This also includes an upgrade of the existing Tridium system by adding an Enterprise Automation Server and a new graphical interface.

Envirotrol has also provided facility operations services with equipment cleaning and restoration with safety procedures and documentation.

Kellogg's production facility in Cary, NC is the largest of the 25 manufacturing facilities in the country. The plant currently employs about 750 people in Cary, where Kellogg makes most of its single-serving cracker products.
