Kellogg's - Cary, N.C.   Kellogg's production facility in Cary, NC will be the largest of the 25 manufacturing facilities in the country after its expansion. The plant currently employs about 600 people in Cary, where Kellogg makes most of its single-serving cracker products.

We are proud to be a part of this project by expanding the existing Tridium open sourced DDC system with LON open interoperable field bus for production area, shipping and receiving and office space including (13) RTU's, and (6) AHU's. This also includes an upgrade of the existing Tridium system by adding an Enterprise Automation Server and a new graphical interface.

NOAA Research - Raleigh, N.C.   The Atmospheric Sciences Modeling Division of the Air Resources Laboratory in Research Triangle Park, NC, assists the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and state air pollution control agencies in managing the Nation's air quality. Programs include modeling of pollutants and accidental releases into the atmosphere; laboratory and field programs to verify transport and diffusion models; analysis and interpretation of environmental data, and development and application of atmospheric chemistry and dynamics models for forecasting air quality.

During the construction of this new facility, we are providing controls for (1) Rooftop unit and (1) penthouse that includes direct integration to AHU fan, hot water, chilled water VFD's, Chiller, humidifier. Discreet control of secondary chilled water loop system, primary chilled water loop, secondary hot water loop and (2) VAV custom built AHU's. We are also creating a network of all mechanical systems including local ATC provided controls into a new Enterprise Automation server with all web graphics. Provision and installation of all switch gear, transformers, starters, VFD's, lights, fire alarm rough in, lightning protection rough in inside the RTU and penthouse.
