Envirotrol Incorporated is looking for an aggressive self starting sales person in the RDU, NC area. Envirotrol provides facility services for large industrial, institutional and commercial customers. Basic services include the newest, leading edge Facility Automation Technology, supporting HVAC Service, and one of the premier certified Testing and Balance Agency services in the Southeast. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate to join and represent a successful team of Facility Service professionals in an established field office in the Raleigh, NC area.

Facility Systems Sales Engineer needed in RDU, NC area that is now capable to perform the following services:

• Call on established customer base including Facility Engineers, Owners, Engineers and General Contractors to promote and sell Envirotrol Services.
• Perform assessments of and develop sales proposals, estimates, specifications and presentations for customers' Facility Service needs focusing on Building Automation Sales (i.e. HVAC, Electrical Systems, Generators, and other integrateable equipment), HVAC Services, Test and Balance Services and Air Quality Analysis services to industrial and commercial customers in Eastern North Carolina.
• Works with Sales Director to provide quality systems services to our customers at a profit to the company.
• Must be able to visit facilities and work with facility managers to develop sales strategies including Facility Automation, HVAC Service, Test and Balance and Air Quality.

 Requirements

• Experience working in Facility Services.
• Must have some HVAC technical knowledge.
• The ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information.
• Experience supporting remote users.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Strong project planning and management skills.
• BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• The ability to configure, upgrade, and relocate PC hardware, software, and print devices.
• Expertise in deploying and supporting network equipment on either a new or existing IT Network.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN environments.
• Experience with applications in a Microsoft networked environment.
• Excellent knowledge of PC hardware and problem-solving skills.
